On-site Registration desk

The participants of the iSAS-09 are asked to sign in and collect the conference materials at the registration desk in Naha-city prior to the conference day, as shown below.

Subsidiary: Only for participant who has inconvenience in access to the registration desk above, e.g. those who stay in outside of Naha-city, the registration desk will be arranged in the conference venue prior to the session, as shown below. Note that the on-site registration on Sunday 15th March 2009 is strongly recommended since the on-site registration desk on 16th March is closed during the session.

Luncheon

Lunch buffet will be arranged for all the participants at the lunch time of Monday 16th and Wednesday 18th March, at the restaurant 'Lanai' located in the conference hall A in the Okinawa Convention Center.

Informal get-together on Sunday 15th March

-- No official welcome reception will be organized by the organization committee, however, there might be an informal get-together on Sunday 15th March. If you are interested in the informal get-together, please come to the registration desk on Sunday 15th March (as instructed above) during the registration desk being opened (16:00-18:00).
