However, for the convenience of the participants, information on accommodation is provided below.

Information:
As listed above, only one hotel (Laguna Garden Hotel) is located near the conference site. A wide range of the selection of accommodations, from a hotel with reasonable room rate to a luxury hotel, is available in the downtown of Naha-city. Although a bus (45 - 60 minutes, JPY~500) or taxi (25 minutes, JPY~2,500) transportation is required for an access to the conference site, a stay in Naha-city is more convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing.
Please note that, on Sunday 15th March, the On-site Registration desk and an informal get-together will be arranged in the downtown of Naha-city. Participants who plan to stay outside of Naha-city should make sure that transportation to your hotel is still available after the gathering.
